The type of bid must be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be received by 4:00 PM EST, Friday, March 13, 2026. Specifications, bid forms, and related information are available from the Bellefonte Borough Administrative Office. Call (814) 355-1501 to request materials. Bids will be publicly opened during the Monday, March 16, 2026 Borough Council meeting at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers, 301 North Spring Street. Bids will be opened under the agenda item “New Business.” A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Council Chambers. The Bellefonte Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality.
