REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR HUD COMMUNITY PROJECTS FUND (CPF) GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Borough of Bellefonte is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide grant administration services for a $1,550,000 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Projects Fund (CPF) Grant for the construction of Dunlop Street. To receive an electronic copy (PDF) of the complete Request for Proposals (RFP), interested parties should email Alyssa Doherty, Assistant to the Borough Manager, at adoherty@bellefontepa.gov.
