The Project will implement improvements to the Big Spring area in accordance with a master plan prepared by Weber Murphy Fox and approved by the Authority Board of Directors, and is anticipated to include site and landscape improvements, hardscape and pedestrian features, and related utility, drainage, lighting, signage, and accessibility improvements.
